So I wanted to share Rose had a great day yesterday we went to a birthday party she ran around for 3 hours eating sugar and having fun, I knew she would eventually crash into a sassy don't want to listen little girl and yep we got home and she was all kinds of "Angry" so finally I got her to sit in my lap and just cry it out, then because she was still a bit angry I said let's read your new book. Rose finally agreed she has not wanted to read that book since she opened it and she loves books so we read it and it really helped her to begin to understand that sometimes we are angry and it's ok we just need to talk it out. Please let Angela and Greg know their book was very helpful and I am sure we will read it more. Rose looked at me during the book and said thats how I feel right now. She then finally laid down and fell asleep. Love you all have a great new years.
Its a good one
This book had a great overall message that is good for all young children to learn. Anger is something all people have and this book helped to teach a lesson in a fun and creative way. The illustrations and pictures as well were very well put together and allowed the readers to connect to the story even more. I highly recommend this book for younger children because it helps to teach those struggling to control their emotions especially when it comes to ones anger. It teaches children these lessons in a fun and interactive way that children will love. I will definitely be sharing this with many people I know!
Amelia sometimes feels like a different person when she's angry: she names her anger Angria. One day, nothing seems to be going right, from her clothing to her breakfast. Even though many people give her advice for how to deal with her anger, it will take a lot of coping strategies to get Angria to go.This clever little book offers readers a variety of ways to deal with anger, but these lessons are hidden in a humorous story that's fun to read. The simple illustrations match well with the text. I'll be keeping this book on standby for the next time I'm in a kindergarten and someone is having a grumpy day.
